1. Returns

Since our products are handcrafted and hygienic in nature, we do not accept returns unless the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
You must provide clear photo or video proof of the damage or incorrect product

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

The item is received in a damaged or defective condition
A wrong product was delivered and the correct one is unavailable

Once we verify your claim, we will notify you of the approval and initiate the refund. Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment and may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time due to hygiene and customization involved in our products. Please make sure to review product details carefully before purchasing.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Items purchased on sale or as part of a combo offer
Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Any accessory worn or tried on

5. Shipping for Returns (if applicable)

If a return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for shipping. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
